1. Shipping Fees

United States: We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders delivered within the USA.
Other Countries: For all other international destinations, a shipping fee will be calculated and applied at checkout based on the delivery location and the weight of the items.

2. Order Processing and Delivery Time

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Estimated Shipping Time: Delivery times vary by location. You will see an estimated timeframe at checkout once you enter your shipping address.
Expedited Shipping: If you require faster delivery (within 6-9 business days), please contact us at support@opeloak.com before placing your order.

3. Shipping Methods

To ensure the safety of our delicate lighting fixtures, shipping methods are selected based on the product’s size and fragility. We use premium air and sea freight services to provide reliable delivery.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number.

Note: Tracking numbers typically take 48 hours to activate.
For international orders, tracking may only update once the package is scanned by your local final courier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, or AU Post).

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

OPELOAK is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
