Claim Shipping Protection

At OPELOAK, we want to ensure your luxury lighting reaches you in perfect condition. If your order has been lost, damaged in transit, or significantly delayed, and you purchased Seel Green Shipping Protection at checkout, please follow the steps below to start your claim.

1. How to Submit Your Claim

You can access the Seel Resolution Center through any of the following methods:

Via Your Confirmation Email: Open the protection confirmation email sent to you by Seel when you placed your order. Click the direct link inside to be automatically logged in.
Via the Tracking Page: If you are viewing your order tracking on our store, look for the "Report an issue" section to be redirected.
Direct Access: Visit the Seel Resolution Center directly. You will need to enter your email address and Order ID to log in.

2. Information You Will Need

To ensure your claim is processed within 48 hours, please have the following ready:

For Damage Claims: * Clear photos of the outside of the shipping box (showing the label).
- Clear photos of the damaged product and how it was packaged inside.
For Loss Claims: * No documents are needed if the tracking hasn't updated in 30 days (Domestic) or 60 days (International).
- If the package is marked "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors first. A police report may be required for repeated theft claims.

3. Payout Options

Once your claim is approved, you can choose how you would like to receive your compensation:

PayPal: Instant transfer (Available in multiple currencies).
Virtual Visa Card: A digital card you can use immediately for online shopping.
Direct Deposit: Available for US Bank Accounts (ACH).
